To provide our services, process payments, and ensure a fair environment free of fraud, we collect the following types of information:

A. Personal Information (Provided by You):

• Account Data: Name, Email address, and profile picture (collected via registration or Google Sign-In authentication).
• Payment Data: Wallet addresses (e.g., Binance Pay ID, MTN and Syriatel number, Sham Cash wallet address) provided by you strictly for the purpose of processing withdrawals.

B. Device and Technical Information (Automatically Collected):

• Device Identifiers: We collect your Device ID and Google Advertising ID (GAID) to track offer completion accurately and prevent multiple account creation on the same device.
• Security & Fraud Prevention Data: To prevent fraud and abuse, HalaGo collects a device identifier (stored only as a one-way hash), the device model, and whether the app runs on an emulator, in a cloned app or in a secondary profile. This data is used only for security and fraud prevention and is never sold.
• Network Data: We collect your IP Address to verify your country and detect the use of VPNs or Proxies (Anti-Fraud Security).
• Device Details: Model, Manufacturer, and Operating System version to ensure app compatibility.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Service Delivery: To create your account, sync your game progress, and manage your points balance.
• Payment Processing: To accurately send your earnings to the wallet details you provided.
• Fraud Prevention: To detect and block suspicious activities, such as using Emulators, VPNs, or bots.
• Communications: To send you push notifications regarding your account status, rewards, and updates (via OneSignal).

4. Third-Party Services and SDKs

HalaGo integrates with third-party providers to deliver its services. These third parties may collect information directly from you according to their own privacy policies:

• Offerwalls: Providers such as Ovnix, Flexwall, Playtime, and others collect data to validate your tasks and surveys.
• Google AdMob: Used for displaying advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your GAID to provide personalized ads.
• Supabase: Used as our secure backend database and authentication provider.
• OneSignal: Used for managing and sending push notifications.

5. Data Retention and Deletion Policy

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services. In compliance with Google Play policies, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to delete your account and data:

You can request account deletion using one of the following methods:

• Inside the App: Go to the "Profile" section, click on "Account", and select "Delete Account".
• Via Web: If you no longer have the app installed, you can request account deletion by visiting our dedicated deletion page: Request Account Deletion.

Once your request is received, all your data (including points, transaction history, and personal information) will be permanently deleted from our active servers.

6. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures (including secure RPC calls and Row Level Security) to help protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Children’s Privacy

HalaGo is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it immediately.
