1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to HalaGo. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the app immediately. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

2. Description of Service

HalaGo acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with third-party offerwalls, advertisers, and in-app mini-games. We provide users the opportunity to earn virtual points by completing tasks or playing games, which can be redeemed for rewards according to the app's rules.

3. Prohibited Activities (Zero Tolerance Policy)

To maintain a fair environment, the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate, permanent ban without prior notice and the forfeiture of all points:

• Using VPNs, Proxies, or any tools to mask or change your real IP address or location.
• Using Emulators (e.g., Bluestacks, Nox), bots, scripts, or auto-clickers.
• Creating multiple accounts on the same device or network.
• Using rooted or jailbroken devices to bypass app security.
• Completing offers with fake, fraudulent, or misleading information.
• Attempting to manipulate the game logic or exploit bugs to gain unauthorized points.

4. Rewards, Points, and Payments

• Virtual Currency: Points earned in HalaGo are virtual tokens and have no real-world cash value until they are successfully approved and redeemed.
• Third-Party Validation: We are not responsible for missing points if the third-party offerwall does not verify your task. If the advertiser rejects the lead or does not pay us, we are not obligated to credit the reward.
• Payment Review: All withdrawal requests are subject to strict manual review for fraud prevention. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. We reserve the right to deny any payment if suspicious activity is detected.

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for providing accurate information during the withdrawal process. HalaGo is not liable for lost rewards sent to incorrect wallet addresses or accounts provided by the user.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and forfeit all earnings immediately if we suspect fraud, breach of these Terms, or if your account remains inactive for more than 90 consecutive days.

7. Limitation of Liability

HalaGo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the app, including technical errors, delayed payouts, or data loss.

8. Google LLC Disclaimer

Google LLC is NOT a sponsor of, nor in any way affiliated with, the rewards, sweepstakes, or any promotional activities offered within the HalaGo app. All rewards and payouts are solely the responsibility of HalaGo.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
